“9Four Labs didn’t just build us an app. They understood our business and delivered a technology platform that transformed how we operate.”
About
Built by the communities we serve
9Four Labs was founded by Timarius Brown on a simple belief: the communities most underserved by technology should be the first ones we build for. As a Black technologist and a parent, Timarius saw the gaps in the products available to African American families, and decided to close them.
We move fast because the people we serve can’t afford to wait. Every product starts with a real need, ships small, and gets better with feedback.
Community first
Every product begins with the people it serves, not a market report.
Ship, then iterate
Small releases, weekly, and honest about what's not done yet.
Meet people where they are
Plain language, fair prices, no dark patterns, no fake urgency.
